Most of us had a chance to travel on modern trains..marvellous machines..isnt it.. in these trains I am totally clueless who stupid man decide to replace toilet door lock with sophisticated touch button...OPEN and CLOSE on entrance and inside OPEN> Close> and LOCK...
in rush hours..fully packed,,where people standing every where..a poor man decide to answer call of nature...somehow he found his way to toilet pressed Open button and whole train carriage found a miserable old lady on toilet seat with pants down....shit...woman had no place to escape,,,earth did not open for her....her only fault she did not pressed lock button...
Technology must not be show off and must be used to make people life easy only easy

Indefinite Leave process- May help few
This writing may help people who are on WP/HSMP or combination and in the country for last 5 years and are about to apply ILR just to kill this visa burden,
Application form is bit vague in terms of documentation as it asked for proof of economic activity for last 5 years and not enough info available on net,
I will try to summarize what exactly we need to proof that and what is most important thing home office after.
Appointment:
Appointments can be booked in 6 weeks advance whether online or via phone, remember to book family appointment if you carrying passports of your family member. if you cant find good date on first booking, just keep trying, I change my booking 4 times before I got required date.
Documents
1. Set(O) form along with docmuents, Passports (all) especially your first entry on working visa, and to show one didnt stay more than 180 days out of country in 5 years and 3 months continually you need to show your all entry/exits stamps from passport.
if you do extensive travel for business purpose make sure you have letter from your employer stating that these vistis along with dates were for business only purpose.
Put an spreadsheet together for all entry exit stamps date along with PP page numbers and reason whether holidays or bussiness travel
2. Ideally P60 for your all years and atleast P60 for last 2 years (if you misssing any call HMRC for certificate of income tax) and
3. Ideally all payslips+bank statment after your last P60, must have is last 3 bank statment+Salary slips.
4. Letter from your employer for continuation of your employment.
5. First Entry document (WP or HSMP Letter, photocopy can work)
Process:
IN PEO, firstly you have to go through airport style security, than your documents will be checked along with form, if HO find them straight case, you will be asked for payment via card/cash.
Your number will be called out and VO will go through your documents, normally no question asked if it is straight through application, for them point of interest is how long one stayed out of country and when first you arrived.
If you stayed more than 180 days, quiz starts and you need to demonstrate for how long you travelled for business purpose, get letter from employer to support this, other wise HO can jeoperidze your application. if it is more than 180 days than you may be asked to apply by post and if it is more than 235 days than you better apply later.
All documents should be original otherwise get them stamped from your employer/bank or relevant office.

Mr. Prime Minister! credibility at stake
PM thank you for creating problem, taking it to zenith after threatining institutions, you resolved nasty standoff.
After ages we witnessed first logical end of useless adventure of government, Maula jatt failed and sense prevailed, adventurers were red faced, thanks to government, they bowed in front of judiciary, as they should have, dont forget PM you are on chairs having only 2 diagonally opposite legs, keep it balanced.
Prime minister displayed right level of patience and recognized PPP talent when he said, to err is human, its only their errors caused us lives, finally ruler in power realised they are mere human beings not selected prophets, does it signal a shift, atleast we saw PM into right gear, making decision with right peoples though bit late after giving evey one a chance to have good laugh.
we were and we are being ruled by scum of earth as we all are part of this scum, only way to get out and achieve stability is to display patience and toleranace and put good words into right action.
you like it or not, Pakistan khappay party is ONLY federation party who can take us out of this mess, though I agree most of them are dirty eggs but still they have people who can be trusted, bear with them and stick to process no matter you agree with them or not, please dont show your strength on roads,
Thank fully we have government unlike Somalia, North Korea, Afghanistan, Sudan and many other countries.
PM, please respect your fellow citizens and put your words into action, do something beside apologising and appeasing every one.

Facebook strange world
After thinking for long that Facebook is website which ridiculed people privacy and use their data to boast their own busines, finally I signed up )-: when people started to question my existence and they had sigh of relied when they realized I am alive only after seeing ones name on facebook.
AFTER SIGNING up good things happened, I saw few good pictures of old friends, surprisingly I saw profile of 8 year old kid boasting about 300 friends on facebook ranging from 4 year to 44 years,
one difficult thing is, its ask me to comment on every single thing, X gone to toilet, comment, Like this,
Also I realized whatever our own persnal assest after getting upload on facebook belongs to facebook, as they say, whatever yours is now ours no matter what, even if you delete your account, no way to escape :( but its not only facebook, google is even bigger culprit. privacy ***ed up,
All corporates want us to be more open with our lives and less open about themselves, they can use our data in whatever way they want with out our permission. Privacy is something we all loved for ourselves and accountablity for others.
